100% cancellation fee
from three days before the appointment
Cancellations or changes made within three calendar days of the appointment are charged at 100% of the booked session fee.

Include your booking details
Send your name and appointment date so the booking can be identified.
If a session ends because of a rule violation
If a guest violates the Respect & Rules, the session may end immediately and no refund will be provided.
