Language & first visit
Can I book if I do not speak Japanese?
Yes. Simple communication is welcome, and a translation app may be used. Please read the English pages before contacting Kohaku.
Do you speak English?
Fluent English service is not promised. Short, clear messages and translation apps help communication.
Which course is recommended for a first visit?
The 120-minute course is a balanced choice. Choose 90 minutes if time is limited, or 150–180 minutes for a more unhurried pace. See Courses & Prices.
Booking & payment
How do I book?
Use WhatsApp, Official LINE, or the English form. Include your preferred date, time, course, name, and contact details.
When is my booking confirmed?
After Kohaku confirms availability, pay the USD 85 Stripe booking fee. The appointment is final only after Kohaku confirms receipt.
Is advance payment required?
Yes. Please do not pay before Kohaku has checked your preferred date and time.
Is my request confirmed immediately?
No. A WhatsApp message or form submission is only a request.
Where is the session held?
In the Sakaisuji-Hommachi area of Osaka. Exact details are shared as part of a confirmed booking.
Service rules
Is this a sexual service?
No. This is a non-sexual oil relaxation service with clear boundaries.
Do you offer lingam massage or Japkasai?
No. Neither is provided.
Can I touch the therapist?
No. Touching, pressuring, or making inappropriate requests is prohibited. Read the Respect & Rules.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations or changes within three calendar days of the appointment are charged at 100% of the booked session fee. Read the Cancellation Policy.
